EEP S&EA Programme funding windows are open

The Energy and Environment Partnership Programme with Southern and East Africa is Programme which is seeking high-quality applications for projects in the two regions that can contribute to the reduction of poverty by promoting inclusive and job-creating green economy and by improving energy security while mitigating global climate change.
The EEP S&EA Call for Proposal seven - Programme window 1 - Innovation and Call for Proposal eight - Programme window 2 - Market Creation are open.

Maximum grant: EUR 100 000 - 300 000 or EUR 200 000 - 1 000 000 depending on the level of co-financing and funding window.
Deadline: June 13th, 2014 at 13h00 or July 16th, 2014 at 13h00 (South African time, GMT+2) depending on funding window.

To be eligible, projects should be implemented in one or more of the following partner countries: Botswana, Burundi, Kenya, Lesotho, Mozambique, Namibia, Rwanda, Seychelles, South Africa, Swaziland, Tanzania, Uganda, Zambia.

EEP is jointly funded by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland (lead donor), the Austrian Development Agency (ADA) and the UK Department for International Development (DFID) while the EEP Coordination Office (ECO) is hosted by KPMG Oy Ab (Finland) in Hatfield, Pretoria, South Africa.
